Anticipated Goals & Outcomes
The anticipated outcome of all programs incorporated at Precise Care is to support and enhance the resident's quality of life. Through intervention, redirection, and positive reinforcements, all programming methods used by Precise Care will be directed toward modifying and replacing inappropriate behavioral excess. In an effort to cultivate a more confident decision-making individual, residents are guided to increase their abilities in a number of ways; thereby decreasing their need for a restrictive environment.
Residents are supported in:
Reaching their Individual Program Plan (IPP)
Decreasing inappropriate behavior
Increasing self-esteem
Acknowledging and understanding their mental state and current medical condition
Establishing and strengthening independent living skills
