Tyrone Smith, Assistant Administrator
Tyrone Smith has been a valuable staff member at Precise Care for over a decade and is certified by the State of California as an Administrator. By establishing trusting relationships with individuals in our program, he has helped the residents with strengthening their confidence. When Tyrone isn’t with our clients, he enjoys live music, roller skating, and writing.
David Byrd, MS, LMFT
David Byrd’s specialities include treating depression, anxiety, relationship and family issues, and work and school related challenges. After serving in the United States military for 20 years, David believes to best serve others, therapists must examine their own internal world with the intention of constantly improving honesty, integrity, presence, compassion, and commitment. For the past 19 years David has enjoyed coaching youth football, working with at-risk youth, reading, and staying active.
Joyce Spalding, RN, PHN, MSN, CDE
Joyce Spalding has worked at Cedars-Sinai for over 40 years. She’s currently working as Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) in the Outpatient Diabetes Center. Ms. Spalding is dedicated to service, working with the intellectually delayed community for 14 years. Joyce also enjoys mentoring students, playing cards, golfing, and reading poetry.
Marina Simonyan, MA, BCBA
Marina Simonyan has been working with individuals with developmental disabilities for the past 12 years. Marina has extensive experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, working with individuals of all ages, and in various settings including home, school, residential facilities, and day programs. Marina enjoys going to the beach, working out, traveling, and reading crime mysteries.

Charlotte Mckoy, MBA, RN, PHN
I began my journey serving others nearly three decades ago. Similar to my mother, my dream of becoming a nurse was only the start of a commitment to this industry. While working as a Home Health Nurse I often witnessed the struggles families encountered when seeking respite and/or contemplating out of home placement. It was from my passion to serve, coupled with the apparent disparity in healthcare service placement options, that Precise Care was born.
